The Basin Management Committee goal is to place Basin communities at the centre of their own development with strong support from the relevant service providers.
They will achieve this by:
integrate and co-ordinate all management activities
promote community participation in sustainable use of all natural resources
develop a water plan for the basin
solutions to particular conflict within their water basin
